At Primrose Jewellery, we want you to love your new pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place your jewellery in its original branded box and secure it inside a padded mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
